Compagnie Sème
Compagnie Sème is a Rezé association founded in 2018 that links live arts and "human ecology". It starts from the body and from movement: contemporary dance, contact improvisation, somatic practices, performance and clowning. It has two sides: an artistic one, which makes shows and events, and a teaching one, with weekly classes and workshops open to everyone.
In Trentemoult the company holds its dance and contact-improvisation workshops at the Maison des Isles, on allée Claude-Choëmet. It also works in Nantes, at the Confluences community centre and the salle Jules-Bréchoir. The aim is to wake each person's creative potential, and to grow confidence and awareness of oneself, of others and of living things. You do not need to be a dancer to start.
