Atelier Nid de poules
A few minutes from Trentemoult, but not in the village, Atelier Nid de poules is a sewing association that calls itself a "sewing and exchange laboratory". It is run by two fashion and costume professionals, Mélaine de la Pinta and Topaze Mahé, pattern-cutters and costumiers. You bring your machine and your project — a garment, a pattern, a repair, embroidery, knitting — and the team helps you finish it, whatever your level.
Workshops last 3 hours, in small groups of 4 to 7, one slot every two weeks. There are evening slots on Monday and Thursday, 7pm to 10pm, Wednesday afternoon for children and teenagers, and daytime slots from Thursday to Saturday. Prices run from 50 euros a workshop to 375 euros a year, plus 15 euros membership.
