AGT, the neighbourhood gym

The Association gymnastique trentemousine (AGT) is one of the village's oldest sports clubs: it was registered in December 1997. The idea has not changed: a simple, friendly neighbourhood keep-fit class, a short walk from home. The season includes Pilates (with an adapted slot), fitness and qi gong, the gentle Chinese practice that works on breathing and balance.

Sessions are at the Maison des Isles, the neighbourhood hall on allée Claude-Choëmet, in the heart of Trentemoult. Membership is online on the association's HelloAsso page at the start of the season, in September. Classes are open to every level. It is better to ask for a trial before signing up.
